Frequently Asked Questions

We've answered some of the common questions we receive below. If you have additional questions, please feel very welcome to reach out via the contact form and we'll get back to you soon.

What's included in the registration fee?

Aside from the day pass option, your registration will cover your accommodations, meals, and materials during the retreat. All you'll need to do is pack a weekend bag and arrange your transportation to and from the retreat!

What are the accommodation options?

All the accommodations are shared, cabin-style rooms which will be organized by gender.

Is there an option to only attend part of the retreat?

Yes! While the retreat is designed to be attended in full, you're welcome to purchase day passes here.

I'm not based in Minnesota. Can I still attend the retreat?

Absolutely! We've enjoyed welcoming and getting to know new people from all over the country over the years. We offer priority to our local community, so registration for out-of-state participants will begin on December 8.Don't worry though, we have plenty of room so it's unlikely that we'll run out of space.

I need transportation to get to the retreat center. Do I have any options?

We don't have any formal transportation set up for the retreat, but we're happy to help you find a ride if you are unable to arrange one on your own. Please indicate this in your registration or reach out to us via email as soon as possible so we can assist you.

I registered but am no longer able to attend the retreat. Can I get a refund?

We understand that plans can change. We are happy to offer you a refund for your registration if you notify us by the registration deadline, January 10.After January 10, we will need to lock in our final headcount and budget, so if you are unable to find someone to attend in your place, we will be unable to offer a refund.
